This Privacy Policy explains how MINDZEN PTE. LTD. ("Mira," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Mira mobile application and our website at https://www.lovemirachat.me.
This Policy applies to Mira whether the app is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized app store. App privacy labels and Google Play Data safety disclosures are summaries of our practices; this Policy provides more detail.
Mira is an AI companion and entertainment service intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Mira's core features use third-party AI service providers to provide AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, and related AI features. Before registration, Mira displays a Data & Privacy Notice that explains what user data may be sent to third-party AI service providers, identifies those providers, and asks for your permission before Mira sends that data. You must tap "Agree and Continue" before using AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, or related features that require third-party AI processing.
Mira may also offer Voice Output. Voice Output uses Mira’s own text-to-speech ("TTS") service to convert AI-generated text replies into audio after the text reply is returned. Voice Output does not send your messages to third-party voice or TTS service providers.

When you sign in with Apple, Google, or another supported login method, we collect the account identifier provided by the relevant login provider. If you choose to share your email address with the app, we may also collect that email address.
We do not send your Apple ID, Google account identifier, email address, Apple sign-in identifier, or Google sign-in identifier to third-party AI services.
Nickname is optional. If you choose to set a nickname, Mira collects that nickname so AI characters can address you in conversation. If you do not set a nickname, Mira does not collect a nickname.
Other than an optional nickname, Mira does not require you to provide other identity information, backstory, or user settings. If you voluntarily type personal information into a chat, that information is processed as part of your message content.
You may send text input to AI features, including text messages to AI characters and Love Q&A topics you select or create. Love Q&A topics are selected or created by users and are not AI-generated content; after a user sends a Love Q&A topic, the AI character generates a reply based on that topic. Mira collects this text input to generate AI character replies, provide related AI features, and perform safety checks.
You may also send images in chat. Mira collects uploaded images to provide the image-message feature and make conversations more vivid. Uploaded images are processed by Mira’s own services to generate text descriptions or other text context for chat. The original image file is not sent to third-party AI service providers. If the image-derived text is needed for AI conversation processing, that text may be included in the text input sent to third-party AI service providers as described in Section 3.
Your text messages and Love Q&A topics are not used for advertising and are not shared with advertising platforms.
If you use Miao Isle to create your own character, you may provide a character nickname, upload an optional character photo, and optionally provide sample dialogue or a first message. Mira stores this information in Mira’s own database to create, display, manage, and let you chat with your private custom character. Miao Isle custom characters are not public and cannot be accessed by other users.
Miao Isle may also generate or store feature data such as character houses, random house style assignment, and Wishing Tree reward status. House style is randomly assigned by Mira from our own house designs and is not based on the information you enter. The Wishing Tree may provide free Stars according to in-app rules.
Miao Isle character creation information and optional character photos are stored and processed by Mira’s own services and are not sent to third-party AI service providers. If you later chat with a Miao Isle character, the chat messages you send are processed as described in this Policy, but the stored Miao Isle character creation fields themselves are not shared with third-party AI service providers.
To provide product features, Mira may generate or store AI replies, AI-generated text responses or prompts used for image generation, PlotSnap prompts and images, His Day fictional character schedules, Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, AI character replies generated in response to Love Q&A topics, Voice Output preferences, selected voice tone, generated speech audio or playback cache, and related conversation context.
This data is used to provide, continue, and personalize your interaction with a specific AI character, provide image generation and PlotSnap, provide Voice Output, provide His Day, and maintain feature continuity. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising platforms.
If you use Voice Output, you may choose a voice tone. Mira’s voice tones are custom-designed and are not intended to copy, imitate, or infringe any identifiable real person’s voice or third-party protected voice. Mira does not collect your voice through Voice Output and does not use Voice Output for voice cloning.
If you use PlotSnap, Mira may process up to 10 recent messages and related conversation context to turn that context into one image. Mira may generate or store the image prompt and the resulting PlotSnap image only to provide the PlotSnap feature and related safety checks.
His Day lets you view fictional schedules for AI characters. Mira may generate or store fictional schedule entries, related character context, view or access records, free-experience status, and subscription entitlement status needed to provide and control access to His Day. His Day content is fictional and for entertainment only. It does not represent the real schedule, location, or activity of any real person. His Day data is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising platforms. If His Day uses AI generation or related AI features, any third-party AI processing follows Section 3.
If you report a character, message, or Love Q&A content, or provide feedback on an AI response, we collect the report reason, feedback, and relevant context needed to process the report.
We process user inputs and AI outputs through Mira's proprietary safety systems for content safety checks. These systems include keyword filtering and proprietary model-based detection to help prevent content involving minors, sexual content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, unlawful content, or other content that violates our rules.
If you purchase Stars or subscribe to Mira, payment is processed by Apple or Google Play, depending on the platform and store channel you use. The applicable store may return information needed to verify the transaction or subscription, such as transaction or order status, product or subscription identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, renewal status, cancellation status, refund status, expiration status, and entitlement status. We use that information to save purchase and subscription records, update your Stars balance or subscription access, provide His Day subscription access after any free experience period ends, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. Stars balance is generated and maintained by Mira based on purchases, check-ins, invitations, and other in-app rules; it is not directly provided by Apple or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
Mira currently offers a one-month subscription plan. Subscription benefits are shown in the app and may include access to His Day after any limited free experience period. If we add new benefits to the same subscription tier, active subscribers can access those benefits during their active subscription entitlement without paying a separate add-on fee for that tier, subject to applicable app store rules and in-app terms.
If you use daily check-in, sharing, invitation, Miao Isle Wishing Tree reward, His Day free-experience, or subscription-related features, we collect check-in status, invitation codes, inviter/invitee relationships, Wishing Tree reward status, His Day free-experience status, subscription entitlement status, and other reward or entitlement status to provide or manage Stars, subscription access, and prevent abuse.
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand basic app usage and diagnose crash issues. These services may process device model, operating system version, app version, Firebase installation identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, basic events, and related technical data.
This data is not sent to third-party AI services.
We integrate Adjust and Facebook/Meta SDK for advertising attribution and campaign measurement.
On iOS, we share data used for advertising attribution or cross-app/cross-site tracking, such as IDFA or related attribution events, with advertising or attribution platforms only after you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
If you deny ATT permission, we do not share data with advertising platforms for advertising attribution or cross-app/cross-site tracking.
On Android or Google Play, attribution data may include Android Advertising ID or related install and campaign events where permitted by device settings, Google Play policies, and applicable law. You can manage advertising identifier and privacy controls through Android settings where available.
Weather Reminder is optional. You can turn it on from the profile page. If you turn it on, Mira will show an authorization guide and request your permission before collecting or using location-related data for Weather Reminder. If you do not authorize, Mira will not collect location data for Weather Reminder.
When Weather Reminder is enabled and authorized, Mira may collect precise location coordinates from your device only to determine your city and local weather for Weather Reminder. After determining the city, Mira uses city-level location and local weather information to allow some characters to send timely weather-related care messages. Mira does not retain raw precise location coordinates longer than necessary to match your city, and Mira does not send your precise location coordinates, city, weather data, or user ID to third-party AI service providers. Mira uses its own city weather database to query weather by city; user IDs do not interact with the weather database.
We use account information for login, account management, account security, customer support, and account deletion.
If you choose to set a nickname, we use it so AI characters can address you. Your optional nickname may be sent to OpenRouter, Inc. for AI conversation processing so the character can address you correctly. If your nickname is included in an AI-generated text response or prompt used for image generation, it may be sent to xAI Corp. as part of that image generation request. Your nickname is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising platforms.
We use your text input, including messages and Love Q&A topics you send, to generate AI character replies, support Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, Love Q&A, PlotSnap, and related AI features, and process it through Mira's proprietary safety systems for safety checks. Love Q&A topics are selected or created by users; AI only generates the character reply based on the topic. After you give permission, your text input is sent to OpenRouter, Inc. for AI conversation processing when you actively use AI chat or related AI features. Other than this necessary AI processing, your text input is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising platforms or other third-party marketing partners.
We use uploaded images to provide image-message features. Mira’s own services may analyze uploaded images and convert them into text descriptions or other text context for chat. Uploaded image files are not sent to third-party AI service providers; only image-derived text may be used for AI conversation processing when needed.
We use Miao Isle character creation data to create, display, manage, and let you chat with your private custom characters, assign random house styles, and provide Wishing Tree rewards. Miao Isle character creation information and optional character photos are not public, are not used for advertising, are not shared with advertising platforms, and are not sent to third-party AI service providers.
We use AI feature data to display features, continue character interactions, help characters remember relevant context, generate images, provide PlotSnap, provide Voice Output, provide His Day fictional character schedules, manage His Day free-experience and subscription access, and perform safety checks. AI-generated text responses or prompts may be sent to xAI Corp. to generate images when you actively use the image generation or PlotSnap feature. For PlotSnap, Mira may process up to 10 recent messages and related conversation context to create an image prompt. If your text input, optional nickname, or conversation context is included in the AI-generated text response or prompt, it may be sent as part of the image generation request. AI feature data is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising platforms.
For Voice Output, Mira converts the AI-generated text reply into audio through Mira’s own TTS service after the text reply is returned. Mira does not send your messages, selected voice tone, or generated speech audio to third-party voice or TTS service providers.
We use feedback, reports, and safety data to process reports, enforce safety rules, prevent prohibited content, protect users, and improve safety systems. This data is not used for advertising.
We use purchase, Stars, subscription, His Day free-experience, check-in, and invitation data to process purchases and subscriptions, maintain Stars balances, manage subscription entitlements and His Day access, provide check-in or invitation rewards, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. This data is not sent to third-party AI services and is not used for advertising.
We use device, crash, and basic usage data to diagnose crashes, maintain service stability, understand basic app usage, and protect security. This data is not sent to third-party AI services.
Advertising attribution data is used for advertising attribution and campaign measurement only where permitted by platform rules, device settings, and applicable law. On iOS, we use it for cross-app or cross-site tracking only after you authorize ATT. It does not include your chat content, Love Q&A topics, Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, His Day, Voice Output, or PlotSnap content.
If you enable Weather Reminder and grant permission, we use precise location coordinates only to determine your city and local weather, then use city-level location and local weather information only to provide weather-related care messages from some characters. We do not use Weather Reminder data for advertising, and we do not send your precise location coordinates, city, weather data, or user ID to third-party AI service providers.
Mira uses third-party AI service providers to provide AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, and related AI features. His Day may use AI-generated character content; if His Day requires third-party AI processing, that processing follows this Section 3. Before registration, Mira displays a Data & Privacy Notice that explains what user data may be sent to third-party AI service providers, identifies those providers, and asks for your permission before Mira sends that data. Data is sent only after you tap "Agree and Continue" and actively use the AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, or related AI feature.
After you give permission and actively use AI chat or image generation features, Mira may send the following data to third-party AI service providers:
Unless you voluntarily include it in your own message, Mira does not intentionally send the following to third-party AI service providers: Apple ID, Google account identifier, email address, Apple sign-in identifier, Google sign-in identifier, internal user ID, IDFA, Android Advertising ID, full payment information, Apple or Google Play transaction records, Stars purchase records, Stars balance, subscription status, His Day free-experience or entitlement status, advertising attribution data, device crash logs, or diagnostics. Mira does not collect contacts. Precise location coordinates are collected only if you enable Weather Reminder and grant permission, as described in Section 1.J, and are not sent to third-party AI service providers.
Mira also does not intentionally send uploaded image files, raw image data, Oursnap photo data, PlotSnap saved image files, Miao Isle character creation information, Miao Isle optional character photos, location data, city-level Weather Reminder data, local weather data, or user IDs to third-party AI service providers. Weather Reminder uses Mira’s own city weather database, and user IDs do not interact with that weather database.
Voice Output is processed by Mira’s own TTS service. Mira does not send your messages, selected voice tone, or generated speech audio to third-party voice or TTS service providers.
We currently use the following third-party AI service providers:
OpenRouter, Inc.: receives your text input and optional nickname, if you set one, for AI conversation processing.
xAI Corp.: receives AI-generated text responses or prompts for image generation, including PlotSnap image generation when you actively use PlotSnap.
Voice Output is not provided by a third-party AI, voice, or TTS service provider. It is provided by Mira’s own TTS service after an AI-generated text reply is returned.
We may add, replace, or stop using certain AI service providers based on model availability, safety, performance, or product needs. If the category of AI recipients or the way data is shared changes materially, we will update this Policy and provide notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law or platform rules.
We share the required data described above with third-party AI service providers only to provide AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, His Day when AI generation is used, and related AI features. Safety checks are performed by Mira's proprietary safety systems, including keyword filtering and proprietary model-based detection.
Mira does not use your private conversation content to train Mira foundation AI models, and we do not authorize third-party AI service providers to use your private Mira conversation content for their own model training.
Third-party AI service providers may temporarily process required request data for security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, or service operation under their applicable terms.
We require third-party service providers that process user data for Mira to provide the same or equal level of protection described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable rules. We require these providers to process data only as needed to provide services to Mira, not to use private Mira conversation content for advertising, marketing, or their own model training, and to maintain reasonable confidentiality, security, and access control measures.
For third-party AI services, we have implemented the following controls:
If we add or replace third-party AI service providers, we will require them to provide the same or equal level of protection described in this Policy and will update this Policy, notify users, or obtain renewed consent where required by applicable law or platform rules.
You can choose not to consent to third-party AI processing. If you do not consent, AI chat, image generation, and AI features that require third-party AI processing will not be available, but you can still access account settings, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, support, logout, and account deletion.
If you later want Mira to stop sending new AI requests to third-party AI service providers for your account, you can stop using AI features, long-press to delete individual messages, reset a conversation, long-press a conversation in the chat list to delete it, delete Memory items from the character homepage, delete Love Q&A content, delete saved PlotSnap images where deletion controls are available, delete your account in the app, or contact support@lovemirachat.me for privacy requests. You can also turn off Voice Output or change the selected voice tone in the app. Managing or canceling a subscription must be done through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management tools for the relevant platform.
We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. We require third-party service providers that process user data for Mira to provide the same or equal level of protection described in this Policy and to process data only as needed to provide services to Mira.
We do not sell your private Mira conversation content. We do not share your text messages, Love Q&A topics, Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, Voice Output, PlotSnap content, His Day content, or His Day access data with advertising or attribution partners for advertising or marketing.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we clear or delete the personal data associated with your account, except limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment/accounting, or backup retention needs.
Conversation, Love Q&A, Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, Voice Output preferences, PlotSnap prompts and images, His Day schedules, and other AI feature data are retained while your account is active so Mira can provide history, personalization, and continuity.
Generated speech audio for Voice Output may be processed or temporarily cached only as needed to provide playback, improve performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, or comply with legal and security requirements.
PlotSnap prompts and images are retained while your account is active or until you delete related saved PlotSnap content where deletion controls are available, delete the related conversation, or delete your account, subject to limited backup, legal, security, or abuse-prevention retention needs.
His Day schedule content, free-experience status, view or access records, and subscription entitlement records are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide His Day, verify entitlement, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with payment, accounting, legal, security, or backup retention needs.
Miao Isle character creation information, optional character photos, house assignment, and Wishing Tree reward status are retained while your account is active so Mira can provide Miao Isle features.
If you long-press and delete an individual message, Mira clears that message.
If the deleted message includes an uploaded image, Mira clears the uploaded image and related image-derived text associated with that message, subject to limited backup, legal, security, or abuse-prevention retention needs.
If you reset a conversation from within the conversation screen, Mira clears the conversation history for that conversation with that character.
If you long-press and delete a conversation from the chat list, Mira clears all user data generated between you and that character, including conversation history, character-specific Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, Love Q&A topics and related AI replies, Voice Output data associated with that conversation, PlotSnap data associated with that conversation, His Day data associated with that character where applicable, and other related character interaction data.
If you long-press and delete a Miao Isle custom character from the island page, Mira clears the character creation information, optional character photo, house assignment, and related Miao Isle feature data for that custom character, subject to limited backup, legal, security, or abuse-prevention retention needs.
You may delete Memory items from the character homepage, delete Love Q&A content, and delete saved PlotSnap images where deletion controls are available.
If you turn off Weather Reminder, Mira deletes Weather Reminder location/weather data associated with your account for that feature, except limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment/accounting, or backup retention needs. If you delete your account, Weather Reminder data associated with your account is also cleared or deleted subject to the same limited exceptions.
If you delete your account, Mira clears or deletes the personal data associated with your account, except limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment/accounting, or backup retention needs.
Reports and safety records may be retained for as long as needed to investigate abuse, enforce policies, protect users, comply with law, or defend legal claims.
Transaction records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Analytics, attribution, crash, and diagnostic data are retained according to our operational needs and the retention settings of the relevant provider, generally no longer than necessary for analytics, attribution, security, debugging, and legal compliance.
Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before secure deletion.

These measures may process user inputs, AI outputs, Love Q&A topics and related AI replies, Memory, Diary, His Day content, Voice Output text and audio, PlotSnap prompts and images, reports, and related context. Mira's proprietary safety systems include keyword filtering and proprietary model-based detection to help prevent content involving minors, child sexual abuse or exploitation, unlawful sexual content, non-consensual sexual content, and other prohibited or harmful content.
These safety measures may also process uploaded images, image-derived text, PlotSnap prompts, and PlotSnap images through Mira’s own systems to help detect, prevent, and respond to prohibited content and abuse. Voice Output is generated from AI text replies after safety processing.
These safety measures may also process Miao Isle character creation information and optional character photos through Mira’s own systems to help detect, prevent, and respond to prohibited content and abuse.
Users can report AI-generated content in the app. For example, Love Q&A content can be reported by long-pressing and selecting report, and characters, chat content, His Day content, Voice Output content, or PlotSnap content can be reported from the conversation interface or related feature interface where available.
Mira is operated by MINDZEN PTE. LTD. and may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States, Singapore, and locations where our service providers operate.
When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual commitments, standard contractual clauses, data processing terms, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Mira is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the Services. If we learn that a minor has provided personal information to us, we will take appropriate steps to suspend or terminate the account and delete the information as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, APPI, PIPA, PDPA, or other applicable laws. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection, restriction of processing, and appeal.

For California residents, we do not sell your private Mira conversation content. If our advertising or attribution practices are considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under applicable law, you may opt out through device settings, App Tracking Transparency controls, and our privacy contact channel.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means and update the "Last updated" date.
