These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are entered into between you and MINDZEN PTE. LTD. ("Mira," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to your access to or use of the Mira mobile application, our website at https://www.lovemirachat.me, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms apply whether Mira is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized app store. Platform-specific rules, payment terms, and subscription terms may also apply.
Before creating an account or using the Services, please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not register for, access, or use the Services.

Mira is an AI companion and entertainment service intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users may have text conversations with fictional AI characters, select or create Love Q&A topics, use image generation features, use PlotSnap to turn recent conversation context into an image, use Voice Output, view His Day fictional character schedules, and experience AI-powered features such as Memory, Diary, and Inner Voice. Love Q&A topics are selected or created by users, and AI characters generate replies based on Love Q&A topics sent by users.
Mira may also allow users to send images in chat to make conversations more vivid, and may offer an optional Weather Reminder feature that lets some characters send weather-related care messages when the user enables the feature and grants permission.
Voice Output lets users choose a custom voice tone and hear AI-generated text replies as audio. Voice Output is provided by Mira’s own TTS service after the AI text reply is returned, and Mira does not send user messages to third-party voice or TTS service providers for Voice Output.
PlotSnap lets users actively generate one image based on up to 10 recent messages and related conversation context. PlotSnap is designed as an entertainment feature and may generate visual content that is stylized, fictional, or not fully accurate.
His Day lets users view fictional daily schedules for AI characters. Non-subscribed users may receive a limited free experience period. After that period, His Day is available as a subscription feature. His Day is entertainment content and does not represent the real schedule, location, or activity of any real person.
Mira may also offer Miao Isle, a feature that lets users create private custom characters by providing at least a character nickname and, if they choose, an optional character photo, sample dialogue, or first message. Miao Isle custom characters are not public and cannot be accessed by other users. Each custom character may receive a randomly assigned house from Mira’s own house designs, and Miao Isle may include in-app surprises such as Wishing Tree rewards.
Character replies, diary entries, inner voices, His Day schedules, image generation outputs, PlotSnap images, Voice Output audio, photo-style updates, stickers, and other related content in Mira may be generated or assisted by AI. They are provided for entertainment and companion experiences only and do not represent real people, real relationships, professional advice, factual statements, or real photos or voices of real people.
Mira is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, to use Mira.
If you are under 18, you must not register for, access, or use the Services. If we learn that a minor is using the Services, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete related information as required by applicable law.
You may create or access an account using Sign in with Apple, Google, or other supported login methods. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide or authorize to be provided is accurate and for all activity under your account.
Please keep your device and account access secure. If you believe your account has been used without authorization or has a security issue, contact us at support@lovemirachat.me.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or safety requirements.
Nickname is optional. If you choose to set a nickname, AI characters may use it to address you in conversation. Other than an optional nickname, Mira does not require you to provide other identity information, backstory, or user settings.
You may send text messages to AI characters and select or create Love Q&A topics. Love Q&A topics are not AI-generated content; after a user sends a Love Q&A topic, the AI character generates a reply based on that topic. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
You may also send images in chat. Uploaded images are processed by Mira’s own services to generate text descriptions or other text context for chat. The original image file is not sent to third-party AI service providers. If image-derived text is needed for AI conversation processing, that text may be used as part of your submitted content for the Services.
If you use PlotSnap, you authorize Mira to process up to 10 recent messages and related conversation context to create an image prompt and generate one PlotSnap image for your use in the Services.
If you use Voice Output, you may choose a custom voice tone. Mira’s voice tones are custom-designed and are not intended to copy, imitate, or infringe any identifiable real person’s voice or third-party protected voice. You may not use Mira to request voice output that impersonates a real person or violates the rights of others.
If you use His Day, you authorize Mira to generate, store, display, and update fictional character schedule content and related access, free-experience, and subscription entitlement data as necessary to provide and control access to His Day.
If you use Miao Isle, you may submit a character nickname and may choose to submit an optional character photo, sample dialogue, or first message. You are responsible for the Miao Isle character creation content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it. Miao Isle character creation information and optional character photos are stored in Mira’s own database, are not public, cannot be accessed by other users, and are not sent to third-party AI service providers.
You grant Mira a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, display, and use content you submit solely as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, personalize, protect, and improve the Services. This license is limited to purposes such as service delivery, safety checks, content moderation, account support, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.
For uploaded images, including chat images and optional Miao Isle character photos, this license is limited to processing, storing, analyzing, converting into text descriptions or other text context, displaying, moderating, and deleting the images as necessary to provide image-message features, Miao Isle features, safety checks, support, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.
For PlotSnap, Voice Output, and His Day, this license is limited to processing recent conversation context, image prompts, generated images, selected voice tones, AI-generated text replies, generated speech audio, playback cache, fictional character schedules, access records, free-experience status, subscription entitlement status, and related feature data as necessary to provide PlotSnap, Voice Output, His Day, safety checks, support, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.
Mira does not use your private conversation content for advertising or marketing, and we do not authorize third-party AI service providers to use your private Mira conversation content for their own model training.
Mira replies and related features, including His Day schedules, PlotSnap images, and Voice Output audio, are generated or assisted by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable for your circumstances, or different from what you expect.
You understand and agree that:
We work to improve service quality and safety, but we do not guarantee that AI content will always be accurate, continuous, error-free, or aligned with your expectations.
Mira may offer Stars as in-app virtual benefits. Stars may be used to send messages or use specified in-app features, subject to the rules shown in the app.
If you purchase Stars or subscribe to Mira, payment is processed by Apple or Google Play, depending on the platform and store channel you use. The applicable store may return information needed to verify the transaction or subscription, such as transaction or order status, product or subscription identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, renewal status, cancellation status, refund status, expiration status, and entitlement status. Mira generates, maintains, and updates Stars balances and subscription access based on purchases, subscriptions, check-ins, invitations, and other in-app rules. Stars balances are not directly provided by Apple or Google Play.
Except where required by applicable law or Apple, Google Play, or other applicable platform rules, virtual benefits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and may only be used within Mira.
Mira currently offers a one-month subscription plan. Subscription benefits, price, billing period, automatic renewal terms, cancellation options, and any free trial or free experience information will be shown in the app purchase flow and applicable platform purchase sheet before purchase.
His Day may be available to non-subscribed users during a limited free experience period. After the free experience period ends, an active subscription is required to continue accessing His Day.
If Mira adds new benefits to the same one-month subscription tier, active subscribers can access those benefits during their active subscription entitlement without paying a separate add-on fee for that tier, subject to applicable app store rules and in-app terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Deleting the Mira app or deleting your Mira account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or the relevant platform subscription management tools. Refunds and cancellation effects are handled according to the applicable platform rules and applicable law.
Daily check-in, invitation, sharing, Miao Isle Wishing Tree, or other reward rules may change based on product and operational needs. Relevant rules will be shown in the app. Wishing Tree rewards may provide free Stars according to in-app rules.

Mira uses third-party AI service providers to provide AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, His Day when AI generation is used, and related AI features. Before you use features that require third-party AI processing, Mira displays a Data & Privacy Notice that explains what user data may be sent to third-party AI service providers, identifies those providers, and asks for your permission before Mira sends that data.
Currently, Mira uses the following third-party AI service providers:
OpenRouter, Inc.: receives your text input, including messages and Love Q&A topics you send, and your optional nickname if you set one, for AI conversation processing. If His Day uses AI generation, related text context needed to generate fictional character schedules may be included for AI conversation processing.
If you send an image, the original image file is not sent to OpenRouter, Inc.; only image-derived text generated by Mira’s own services may be sent as part of your text input when needed for AI conversation processing.
xAI Corp.: receives AI-generated text responses or prompts for image generation, including PlotSnap image generation when you actively use PlotSnap. If your text input, optional nickname, or conversation context is included in the AI-generated text response or prompt, it may be sent as part of the image generation request.
If image-derived text is included in an AI-generated text response or prompt for image generation, it may be sent as text as part of the image generation request. For PlotSnap, Mira may process up to 10 recent messages and related conversation context to create an image prompt, and that prompt may be sent as text as part of the image generation request. The original uploaded image file is not sent to xAI Corp.
Miao Isle character creation information, including character nickname, optional character photo, optional sample dialogue, optional first message, house assignment, and Wishing Tree reward status, is stored in Mira’s own database and is not sent to third-party AI service providers. If you later chat with a Miao Isle character, the chat messages you send are processed as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, but the stored Miao Isle character creation fields themselves are not shared with third-party AI service providers.
Mira shares required data with third-party AI service providers only to provide AI chat, image generation, PlotSnap, His Day when AI generation is used, and related AI features. Safety checks are performed by Mira's proprietary safety systems, including keyword filtering and proprietary model-based detection. Details about data categories, purposes, and user controls are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Voice Output is provided by Mira’s own TTS service after an AI-generated text reply is returned. Mira does not send user messages, selected voice tone, or generated speech audio to third-party voice or TTS service providers for Voice Output.
Mira does not send uploaded image files, raw image data, Miao Isle character creation information, optional Miao Isle character photos, Voice Output selected voice tone, generated speech audio, precise location coordinates, city-level Weather Reminder data, local weather data, Apple ID, Google account identifier, Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, Apple or Google Play transaction records, subscription status, His Day free-experience or entitlement status, or user IDs to third-party AI service providers.
We require third-party service providers that process user data for Mira to provide the same or equal level of protection described in the Privacy Policy and required by applicable rules, and to process data only as needed to provide services to Mira.
Mira does not authorize third-party AI service providers to use private Mira conversation content for their own model training, advertising, or marketing. Mira's current AI provider controls include turning off OpenRouter Input & Output Logging and configuring OpenRouter provider routing / data policy to avoid routing to providers that use user prompts or outputs for model training where such controls are available.
We may add, replace, or stop using certain third-party AI service providers based on model availability, safety, performance, or product needs. If the category of AI recipients or the way data is shared changes materially, we will handle such changes in accordance with applicable law, platform rules, and the Privacy Policy.
Consent Required for AI Features. Because AI chat, image generation, and related AI features require third-party AI processing, we ask for your permission through a dedicated in-app Data & Privacy Notice before you use those features. If you do not consent, AI chat, image generation, and AI features that require third-party AI processing will not be available. If you later want Mira to stop sending new AI requests to third-party AI service providers for your account, you can stop using AI features, long-press to delete individual messages, reset a conversation, long-press a conversation in the chat list to delete it, delete Memory items from the character homepage, delete Love Q&A content, delete your account in the app, or contact support@lovemirachat.me for privacy requests. Managing or canceling a subscription must be done through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management tools for the relevant platform. Full details of the data flow, providers, and safeguards are described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
Weather Reminder is optional. You can turn it on from the profile page. If you turn it on, Mira will show an authorization guide and request permission before collecting or using location-related data for Weather Reminder. If you do not authorize, Mira will not collect location data for Weather Reminder. You can turn Weather Reminder off at any time from the profile page, and Mira will stop collecting or using Weather Reminder location/weather data and delete Weather Reminder data associated with your account for that feature, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup retention needs.
Weather Reminder may collect precise location coordinates only to determine your city and local weather, then uses city-level location and local weather information only to provide weather-related care messages. Mira does not retain raw precise location coordinates longer than necessary to match your city. Mira queries its own city weather database by city. User IDs do not interact with the weather database, and precise location coordinates, city, weather data, and user IDs are not shared with third-party AI service providers.
Mira may use third-party service providers to support the Services, including Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, Apple in-app purchases, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Adjust, Facebook/Meta SDK, cloud services, data hosting, security monitoring, customer support, and advertising attribution.
Image message processing, Voice Output, Miao Isle character creation, and Weather Reminder are handled by Mira’s own services as described above. Uploaded image files, optional Miao Isle character photos, Voice Output selected voice tone, and generated speech audio are not shared with third-party AI service providers, and Weather Reminder precise location coordinates, city, weather data, and user IDs are not shared with third-party AI service providers.
PlotSnap may use xAI Corp. for image generation as described above. PlotSnap images and prompts are not shared with advertising or attribution partners.
His Day may use AI-generated character content when needed, and His Day access or entitlement data is not shared with advertising or attribution partners.
Mira does not share your text messages, Love Q&A topics, Memory, Diary, Inner Voice, His Day content, Voice Output, or PlotSnap content with advertising or attribution partners for advertising or marketing.
On iOS, we share data used for advertising attribution or cross-app/cross-site tracking with advertising or attribution platforms only after you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you deny ATT permission, we do not share data with advertising platforms for advertising attribution or cross-app/cross-site tracking. On Android or Google Play, attribution data is shared only where permitted by device settings, Google Play policies, and applicable law.
You agree not to use Mira to:
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel rewards, refuse service, preserve relevant records, or report to platforms or law enforcement.
Mira provides reporting and safety review mechanisms. Users can report AI-generated content, characters, messages, or Love Q&A content in the app.
We may use keyword filters, proprietary detection systems, automated moderation models, and human review to detect, prevent, and respond to prohibited content and abuse.
Uploaded images, image-derived text, Miao Isle character creation information, optional Miao Isle character photos, His Day content, PlotSnap prompts and images, and Voice Output text or audio may also be processed by Mira’s own safety systems to help detect, prevent, and respond to prohibited content and abuse.
You understand that safety systems may not detect all prohibited content and may incorrectly classify some content. We will continue improving our safety mechanisms.
Mira and the Services, including software, interfaces, trademarks, branding, character settings, system designs, visual elements, text, images, audio, model orchestration, feature designs, and other content, excluding user-submitted content, are owned by or licensed to Mira and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit Mira's intellectual property except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
How we collect, use, store, and share information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Mira, you understand that we process information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate some or all features of the Services based on product, operational, safety, compliance, technical, or business needs.
We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services stable, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, free of data loss, or always available.
You may delete your account in the app. After account deletion, we will clear or delete personal data associated with your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment/accounting, or backup retention needs.
You may also delete image messages, delete Oursnap saved photos, delete saved PlotSnap images where deletion controls are available, turn Voice Output on or off, change the selected voice tone, delete Miao Isle custom characters by long-pressing the character on the island page, and turn off Weather Reminder from the profile page. Deleting a Miao Isle custom character clears the character creation information, optional character photo, house assignment, and related Miao Isle feature data for that custom character, subject to limited retention needs described in the Privacy Policy. Turning off Weather Reminder stops future Weather Reminder location/weather processing and deletes Weather Reminder data associated with your account for that feature, subject to limited retention needs described in the Privacy Policy. His Day data associated with your account or a character is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Deleting the Mira app or deleting your Mira account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or the relevant platform subscription management tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, error-free operation, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for your particular needs.
AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, inappropriate, or unpredictable. You use the Services and rely on any content at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mira, its affiliates, officers, employees, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
Where applicable law does not allow exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mira, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of prohibited content.
These Terms are governed and disputes are resolved to the extent permitted by applicable law. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide non-waivable rights, these Terms do not limit those rights.
If a dispute arises, you may first contact us at support@lovemirachat.me, and we will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter with you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means and update the "Last updated" date.
If you continue using the Services after changes become effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Services.
